Giorgia Ficorilli

Giorgia Ficorilli, is a PhD Candidate in International Order and Human Rights at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” with a special dedication in her research to genocide prevention and refugees protection.
In 2007 she has been working at the UNHCR PI Unit in Rome and from 2005 Giorgia is member of the Italian League of Human Rights where in the academic department where she has been in charge of a cycle of seminars on the history of genocide that took place at the University of Roma Tre.
Giorgia co-edited a book “ Genocide: Europe between the past, the present and the future” (CIDE, Rome, 2007) together with Enzo Maria Le Fevre Cervini.
